Jamijo was formed in 2004 by Philip Orr, a highly regarded investment advisor with 17 years experience working in the Northern Ireland financial marketplace.

The inspiration behind the name Jamijo is simple – Philip’s three young sons, Jack, Michael and Joe.

In 2005 Jamijo became a joint franchise holder with the international property sourcing company – Olive Tree Property. In association with Olive Tree Property, Jamijo brings to the Northern Irish marketplace, a unique system of rating and auditing new/off-plan and existing properties abroad for our clients. After having completed a stringent due diligence process, on the region, developers and the property itself, Olive Tree Property rate each and every property using our trademark IPAP standard.

This vetting allows us to uniquely 'Star Rate' each development and gives our clients the peace of mind that an independent 3rd party has covered the important checks for them, prior to them considering buying.
