We have our online 'Introducer' support service and we are now up and running! In the run up to Christmas please do have a look through our websites and explore our IT tracking and NEW Online Review System. As ever, we welcome any feedback and comments you have. This systemis designed to be a useful tool for 'Introducers' to aid record keeping and commission forecasting.
Online Review system - as no doubt you will have heard at the training sessions, will now be an integral part of the claims process. The review system is accessed through the Real:Life Claims site. Please use your normal real:life login details to get into the review system.
Before submitting paperwork for the processing to Real:Life, all claims should be inputted onto the Online Review System. The system gives information on the viability of the claim and will advise on any upfront commissions available on the claim. Introducers can also use the back office facility on the system to keep records via excel download functions. Once the information has been entered ant the claim has been approved, the paperwork can be sent to Real:Life.
We hope that the system will reduce the number of claims that are returned due to :
- No PPI
- Wrong type of PPI - ie monthly rather than Single Premium
- Claim too recent or too old
- A lender we do not accept
- A mortgage rather than a loan
- Information missing or incorrect
This system also allows Introducers to forecast their upfront commission payments. We will be using the data downloaded from our review system to calculate the upfront commissions - therefore, if your cases are not inputted, they may not be considered. I am sure that you will find the system easy to use and the benefits of having the claim information screened before you submit the claim paperwork will give our Introducers greater clarity on their cases and commission options. When we have recieved your paperwork at Real:Life, we will screen it again before sending it onwards to the processing unit. This extra layer of screening should "clean" the cases before processing so that any errors or unproceedable cases are identified at an early stage and are either rectified or returned to the Introducer as appropriate.
As with any new system, we know that there may be teething problems. We ask that you spend some time familiarising yourself with all the functions and begin using it as soon as possible. There are some guidance notes in your compliance manual taking you through the process. Otherwise, please do give the Real:Life team a call if you need any help using the review system.
